Our kitchen is headed up by young, ambitious, local chef Joel Monkman. We aim to choose the best produce at any time – be it vegetables, dairy, fresh meat, charcuterie or cheese. We carefully select the suppliers we work with to bring you the best quality produce we possibly can, working closely with them to choose what we’re going to sell. The menu will be changing regularly depending on seasonality and how products are tasting. Provenance and quality are key and we aim to showcase fantastic produce in it’s best condition.
As well as an evening service Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm, we will also be serving up brunch along with hangover cures from our Bloody Mary cart every Saturday and Sunday from 11am.
